By accessing the Cacino platform, opening an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using Cacino.

Cacino reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication. Please check this page regularly to stay up to date with the latest terms.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Cacino's services. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and Cacino enforces a zero-tolerance policy in this regard.

To open an account with Cacino, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Registering with false or incorrect details may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

The following information will be required during registration:

• Full name (as per National ID)
• Active mobile number
• Valid email address
• Date of Birth (for age verification)
• Residential address

Each individual may operate only one Cacino account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all balances forfeited.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. This requires submitting a photo of your National ID or passport along with proof of your current address.

Cacino currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Cacino reserves the right to add, remove, or change payment methods at any time.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly
• If a deposit is unsuccessful, contact support within 30 minutes

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳1,00,000
• Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 24 hours
• Withdrawals will be on hold until KYC verification is complete
• Withdrawals are recommended to be made through the same payment method used for the deposit

Cacino reserves the right to suspend any transaction and notify the relevant authorities if fraud or money laundering is suspected. Additional verification documents may be requested in such cases.

Cacino offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special event bonuses. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be fulfilled.

General Terms for Bonus Use:

• Wagering must generally be completed within 30 days from the date the bonus is received
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first
• Only one bonus applies per deposit
• Bonuses are applicable to verified accounts only
• Cacino reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus at any time

If bonus abuse is suspected, Cacino reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account. Multiple accounts from the same household or device claiming bonuses will be treated as bonus abuse.

All bets placed at Cacino are considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except in certain circumstances such as event cancellation or postponement.

• If an event is completely cancelled, all related bets will be refunded.
• If an event does not resume within 48 hours, the bet will be considered void
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Cacino reserves the right to void the affected bets
• In live betting, a winning bet may be voided if the outcome was already determined before the bet was placed due to a data delay
• Maximum payouts are capped within set limits — these may vary by category

Cacino uses RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to determine game outcomes, which is regularly audited by independent third parties. The process is completely impartial and cannot be influenced by any user or Cacino staff member.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Cacino platform. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of system vulnerabilities
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to compromise platform security or engage in hacking
• Operating an account under a false identity or using another person's information
• Harassing or defrauding other users
• Assisting minors in opening or using an account

Cacino reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice. Accounts are typically suspended for the following reasons:

• Terms and Conditions Violation
• KYC verification failure or providing false information
• Suspicious financial activity
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)

You may request to close your account at any time. Any remaining balance will be withdrawn before closure; however, any incomplete bonus wagering will be forfeited.

Cacino believes gaming should be an enjoyable pastime — not an addiction. We encourage all users to play in a healthy, responsible manner and have put several safeguards in place to support that.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Time Limit: Set a daily limit on how long you play
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily close your account for a period of 6 months to 5 years

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply in full. Your relationship with Cacino is governed entirely by these Terms.
